With a capacity of 50 liters, they can be fitted into a 700 series kitchen cooking line, and with a capacity of 80 and 120 liters, they can be fitted into a 900 series kitchen cooking line. They can be ordered with stainless steel or carbon steel pan bottoms. The lid can be opened with a handle that is led out to the side, thus avoiding the inconvenience caused by the condensation of hot steam.
